HOA members are invited to all Board meetings. Please contact the HOA Secretary (rclubhomeowners@gmail.com) at least 24 hours before the meeting if you plan to attend. Provide the general nature of your topic and the amount of time you would like to discuss your topic. The HOA Board welcomes your attendance and comments.
